Shipping policy:

Only shipments are made within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, except for the islands of Formentera and Cabrera.
Shipping costs sent have the following rates:
Standard shipping: €3,95
Orders over €20: €2,95
Orders over €40: Free.

Delivery time will be between 1 and 4 business days.

There is also the mode of collection at the Collection Point, at no additional cost.
The collection period will be between 1 and 4 working days. The customer will receive a notification stating that their order is ready to be picked up.

Returns Policy:

We treat roasted coffee beans and / or ground coffee as a fresh product. After being toasted it requires a period of curing with proper preservation. It then has a relatively short period of optimal consumption. The quality of our coffee is one of the pillars of our activity and very important for our customers, and it is for this reason that once we return coffee coffee beans or ground, we can no longer sell it.

It is very important to check the packaging before receipt and not to accept defective packages. To return an order, it must be in perfect condition and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

We make returns only in the following cases:

  • Order error by Bean Aroma Cafè.
  • The customer does not receive the package in error from the shipping company.

We do not make returns in the following cases:

  • The coffee and its packaging are in good condition and the customer decides that he no longer wants the product.
  • For absence in the address provided by the delivery of the package, after several notices from the shipping company. If she is unable to contact the customer, Bean Aroma Cafè is not responsible.
  • Other cases where the error is not due to Bean Aroma Cafè or to the shipping company.

Steps to request a refund:

  1. Contact with Bean Aroma Cafè through orders@beanaromacafe.com during the next 7 calendar days from receipt of the product to be returned. In the subject line of the message, indicate "Return" with the order number. Accompany the email with as much information as possible:
    1. Indicate the product to be returned and the reasons.
    2. Attach images of the product to be returned.
    3. Attach images of the box in which the product arrived.

This will make it easier for us to solve your problem.

  1. Product collection. We will manage it with the parcel company.
  2. Once the material is received a Bean Aroma Cafè, the payment of the amount of the product will be made.
