We are a small artisanal coffee roaster dedicated to the roasting and grinding of specialty coffee located in Centelles, Barcelona. We are Clara and me Joan, and our main goal is to bring you the best coffee possible in your home.

Let's profile the coffee. And what does that mean? Because we do a thorough monitoring of different data during roasting in order to work on the properties of each coffee bean, in order to highlight the desired qualities in the form of fragrance, aroma, taste, body, acidity, sweetness, etc. . and attenuate those that may be less so.

We are one more stage in the whole chain that exists, from the fruit to the cup. These are broadly speaking: cultivation, processing, transport and storage, roasting, grinding and preparation.

Genetic variety, climate, soil, geographical origin, cultivation practices and processing play a very important role in determining how to toast the grain. The last and no less important stage, the preparation, is up to you. We can help you prepare the best coffee in your home
