Cultivated by Juan Verdugo, who at 70 continues the family tradition of small coffee growers alongside María Morales.
Its plants are in the Soconusco area, in the Sierra Madre de Chiapas. Here we find a community with a population of indigenous origin (mainly from the Mayan Mam ethnic group), who know all the secrets to growing great coffee.
