Well, we do an exhaustive follow-up of different data during roasting in order to work on the properties existing in each coffee bean, in order to highlight the desired qualities in the form of fragrance, aroma, flavor, body, acidity, sweetness, etc. and attenuate those that may be less so.
Our Packs with varied origins
Our packs with 4 different origins are ideal for giving as gifts or for tasting various specialty coffees. You can ask us to set them up ourselves, or make your own custom pack if you already know which coffees you want
